Unlike other white-sand beaches on Bali, Lovina beach is grey and black volcanic sand. The main attraction here is the bottle-nosed dolphins that have used this coast as their playground.
Dolphins normally appear early in the morning just when the first rays of the sun rise on the horizon. These incredibly smart creatures will come and swim near boats and cavort around creating a truly fascinating spectacle of nature. This amazing attraction can be viewed from traditional boats called “Jukung” and this will be special wild life experience for your Holiday in Bali. After watching the dolphins we will go to Banjar Hot Spring to relax our body and soul, after that we will visit famous Ulundanu Beratan Temple (Floating Temple), the followed by lunch near the lake area.
We starts the tour by picking you up at your hotel by using a comfortable A/C car and our professional English speaking guide will escort you to many different places.
Lovina beach is situated at the northern part of the island. This black sand beach is well known for the dolphin. You will arrive here at about 05.30 a.m. and go to the ocean by using traditional boat to watch group of dolphins swim and jump happily when the sun rises.
After watching dolphin, we will take you to a natural hot spring to soak and relax in a pool with warm water. This hot spring provide a recreational and therapeutic experience, due to the water’s sulfur content. This can be seen from the yellowish-red sedimentation at several points of the spouts and pool walls.
This lake is the second biggest lake in Bali which was formed by a massive eruption of an ancient volcano. You can also find a beautiful Ulun Danu Beratan Temple which looks like a floating temple during high tide. In this area is also found many restaurants where we will serve you lunch before drop you back to your hotel.
